This queue exists to let a human evaluate a catastrophic problem—not to build a dossier.
What is stored
Your three answers, selected urgency and category, optional city/county and constraints, any safe contact information you choose, both consent records, status, staff notes, and an audit history.
What is rejected or disabled
No uploads. Do not provide Social Security numbers, full government ID numbers, medical records, banking information, passwords, exact sleeping locations, or precise addresses.
Who can see it
Morgan and explicitly authorized Loaded Outside triage staff. Impossible Possible receives only a human-exported minimum-necessary brief after separate consent. There is no public case index and no automatic cross-project transfer.
Retention
Open cases receive a 180-day review date. Closed cases receive a 90-day review date. A staff redaction closes the case, removes contact and narrative fields, and sets a 30-day residual audit-retention date. Operational deletion remains human-controlled so evidence is not silently destroyed while a case is active.
Revocation
Your receipt contains a one-time revocation code. Use the revocation page to stop future transfer to Impossible Possible. Revocation cannot recall information already transferred, and it does not erase the private Loaded Outside triage record.
Security
Case records use the Site’s encrypted transport and managed database storage. Administrative access requires ChatGPT sign-in plus an explicit staff allowlist. Admin actions are written to an audit trail. Attachments remain disabled.
